Comparison
Inner sleeves compared: Dragon Shield, KMC and Vault X
Inner sleeves go on the card first; the outer game sleeve goes over them. Makers publish different details, and we show only what they publish.

What the numbers mean
KMC publishes size and film thickness for each inner sleeve (0.05 mm Perfect Size, 0.10 mm Perfect Hard). Dragon Shield describes its Thick inner as "almost twice as thick" as its regular Perfect Fit, without a number.
Vault X is the only maker here that states a card-thickness limit for an inner sleeve: not for cards thicker than 35pt.
Japanese-size (mini) cards need mini inner sleeves such as KMC Perfect Size Mini; a standard inner sleeve is not sold for them.
Every value comes from the maker's product page, checked on the date above. "Not published" means the maker does not state it; we do not fill gaps with estimates. Prices are not shown because they change daily and are set by each store.
